Our Services Include:
- Review of complete medical history.
- Performing complete physical examinations. (Including
annual exams for women, sports physicals, Department
of Transportation,and age related periodical exams.)
- Lab tests/ X-rays/ EKG's.
- Diagnosis and treatment for common acute and chronic
health problems and medical conditions.
- Adult and well-child immunization by appointment.
- Family planning.
- Referral for specialty care as needed.
- Same day appointments available.
- 24-hour on-call coverage available through answering
service when NMMC is not open.
- Resource and provider for community health education.
Additional Care
In the event that additional care is needed, Mason
General Hospital, in Shelton, will see clinic patients
to receive the following services:
- Specialized diagnostic and laboratory testing.
- Special physical and respiratory therapy.
- Inpatient hospital care.
- Outpatient and emergency care during hours when NMMC
is closed.
- 24 hour/ 7 days a week Emergency Department.
